If you currently own 1 or more dogs of any breed you are not eligible to receive a  service dog from Operation K9. The reason for this is that it is hard for the Service Dog to come into a home where another dog is already head of the canine pack and continue to work efficiently. However, veterans who are residents of Texas who already own a dog are eligible to enroll in our self train program as long as their dog passes temperament and training evaluations prior to beginning training.

PLEASE INCLUDE A ONE PAGE BIO ON YOURSELF INCLUDING YOUR MILITARY EXPERIENCE, MEDALS OR AWARDS, AND WHY YOU THINK YOU NEED A SERVICE DOG.
